Residents Doctors (RDs) that are due on Annual ARCP but are not to be assessed due to Parental or Sick Leave. Please note all RDs, even those on an Out of Programme (OOP) rotation or those not having an ARCP for other reasons e.g. parental or sick leave, should complete an annual Form R Part B.
If you do not provide the Form R, the specialty team will chase once. After that, it will be for revalidation to follow up if needed for revalidation purposes.
