• Discuss the importance of Establishing and Maintaining an Environment for learning (2)
• Explain 3 teaching methods (2, 3)
• Discuss Continuing Professional Development as an educator by linking own development to the 7 standards for excellent supervisors (7)

• Define the GROW model and how it supports your career progression in coaching (5,6)
• List the 8 teaching behaviours (2,5)
• Discuss the trainee in difficulty and apply three models for feedback. (4,5,6)
• Using case studies and examples of trainees in difficulty, run a short supervisory session virtually (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
• Address the standards for your own professional development as a medical educator (7)
Post course work: 500 - 1000 word Case Study based on Reflection
