Foundation Information for GP Practices (F2)
As part of Modernising Medical Careers new doctors will have an opportunity to do a four month attachment in general practice in the second year (F2) of their two year foundation programme.
The attachments will be in training practices. Supervising doctors can be trainers or educational supervisors who have had some relevant experience such as attending the deanery two day “nuts and bolts” educational course.
The following documents provide further information about the attachments
If you need further information on the full GP specialty training practice criteria this can be found on the Educational Community / Becoming a Trainer link on the lefthand side of this page.
