  • Salford PCT (St. Anne's Hospice)
  • Stockport PCT (St. Anne's Hospice)
  • Bolton PCT (Bolton Hospice)
  • Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (Salford Royal)
  • Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust (Stepping Hill Hospital Mental Health Services)
  • Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Trinity Hospice)
  • Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Royal Preston Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospice, St. John's Hospice, Lancaster)
  • East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (Royal Blackburn Hospital, Burnley General Hospital)

Anticipated Duration of Programme

ST3: Usually 4 years

LAT: No less than 3 months

Anticipated Outcome of Programme (subject to satisfactory progression)

ST3: CCT or CESR (CP)
