I qualified from Manchester University in 1986.
I am a specialist in oral surgery and as well as working in practice I have been involved in the oral surgery MSc programme at both Manchester University and UCLan.
I undertake practice inspection work for the Health Inspectorate of Wales – the Welsh equivalent of the CQC.
Since 2000 I have taught, trained and mentored over 500 dentists in oral surgery.
I am passionate about development of dentists and their teams and see IPR as a great way forward to engage with and support colleagues on their own journey of professional development.
