Course introduction: A key part of a doctor’s career and progression is the ability to teach others effectively and successfully. This one day programme has been designed to enable doctors to work with structure and use behavioural teaching skills to enhance their abilities. The end result are students, colleagues and peers who have been taught successfully to achieve the key learning outcomes of the curriculum, the departmental goals and the GMC standards for teaching.
