Post-Return

You should meet with your TPD or ES again after you have completed your period of enhanced supervision.

Using the *NEW* online Post-Return Review form to guide you, this meeting should include discussions on the following:

  • Whether you have encountered any issues during your return to training.
  • Whether you and your supervisor(s) feel you are ready to work usual duties again.

Please note: it is recognised that some trainees may require a longer period of enhanced supervision than first planned. This is acceptable providing it is mutually agreed.

We also kindly request that on completion of your return to training, you assist us by completing a short survey on your experiences; a link to the online survey will be sent once the NW SuppoRTT Team receives the Post-Return Review form.
