Appointed associate dean for Dental Core Training in 2015. Prior to this had been involved in DCT in some form within Mersey Deanery since appointed as a consultant in 2003.
Works as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Regional Maxillofacial Unit at University Hospital Aintree, Liverpool. Dually qualified in dentistry and medicine is also involved in specialty training in OMFS and is TPD for this specialty within the School of Surgery. Her interest in dental and surgical education has focused on clinical skills acquisition and training within a craft specialty.
