I am a thoroughly Northern Lass having been born in Whiston Hospital and I have never lived more than 40 miles from there. I went to Liverpool University and did my GP training in Mersey qualifying in 1998.
After qualifying from Oxford Medical School in 1996, I returned to South Manchester. After completing the Stockport VTS in 2000, I spent a year as a locum GP before becoming a full time partner at Brinnington Surgery where I have been now for 14 years.
