Joseph Lightfoot was a trainee wihin the Northwest region who was achieving well above expectations, however he chose to leave medicine. He did so not as having "failed" at medicine, but as a positive career choice, which came as a surprise to many. In the following inspirational presentation, recorded in July 2014, he explains what motivated his transition out of medicine.
