· Lunch break could be shorter and better time keeping
· All appraisers should have access to conference (annually), it was hard to get a place this year and I ended up on the waiting list – in order to demonstrate ongoing CPD and competence in appraisals the conference is crucial learning and needs to be available for all who can attend
· A very useful day with helpful suggestions and information re the future of appraisal and re-validation
