These are the dates for the Foundation Year 2 Supervisors Update Conference in General Practice. To attend you must be a current approved Foundation Year 2 Supervisor.

 

This day will update you on all the changes related to foundation training in general practice and enable you to share experience with other supervisors.

 

There is a requirement for all clinical supervisors to collect evidence of CPD related to foundation training and to maintain the learning environment.

 

The small group sessions will look at:

Updated guide to F2 doctors in GP

·       

Supervisor reaccreditation

·       

The supervised learning events

·       

Timetables and supervision

·       

Teaching the F2 who does not want to be a GP

·       

Use of the Horus portfolio for Educational Supervision

·       

Update and exchange of ideas/experience for those included on the LIFT pilot.

 

There is no fee for attending this conference.   Please note that there will be pre-course preparation.

 

Places will be limited on each date.
