Welcome to the Resources section of the website. Here you will find a collection of documents, websites, articles, books, presentations and videos relating to Careers, Educator Development and Medical Leadership.

You can filter the resources to make it easier to find what you are looking for. At the right hand side of the page (or at the bottom of the page if using a mobile device) you will find a number of tick boxes separated into Section, Category and Type. You can tick just one box or a number of boxes depending on what you are looking for but if your selection returns no resources you may need to broaden your search or try a different combination.

Senior Educators Induction

These slides have generic information on HEE NW: its structures, schools, processes and links.

They are for the induction of senior educators joining HEE NW, including DDs, ADs, HoS, TPDs, DMEs, FPDs, etc.

Supplementary material can be added depending on recipient and role.

Spring Educators Training & Development Event

This year's event was held on 17th & 18th May at Lancaster House Hotel.  The audience was made up of Deputy and Associate Deans and other HEE (NW) staff, DMEs, HoS, TPDs and MEMs.

Sven Hansen - Resilient Leadership

Sven Hansen originally trained a doctor and now runs management courses on resilience. He summarises the work of others, and has an interesting model of resilience which demonstrates how you can spiral up and down.
