An Introduction to the Resilience Resources

We all need resilience in our clinical work. There is increasing evidence that this is something we can learn and develop. They also include an on-line questionnaire that helps you assess your own resilience, and give you ideas on how to develop your resilience further.

We suggest you browse through the resources listed to see what appeals to you.
